Governors push back on E-Procurement

It’s a deadlock, as the Council of Governors rejected the directive by the Treasury to all government agencies to migrate to the new electronic procurement platform. After a special council meeting, the governors vowed that they would not be intimidated or compelled by anyone to transition to what they termed a defective system.
