Tonight, we begin with changes at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). Moses Ledama Sunkuli has been appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer and Commission Secretary, effective immediately. Sunkuli, who currently serves as the Commission’s Director of Electoral Operations and Voter Registration, will act in the role for six months, or until a substantive CEO is appointed. As Seth Olale reports, the Commission’s move bypassed two Deputy Commission Secretaries, Odabiah Keitany and Ruth Khulundu, in the latest shake-up.
