The Kiambu County Assembly has resumed sittings after a prolonged recess, amid rising political tension over reports of a possible impeachment motion against the Governor. The MCAs called for unity as leaders said eight pending Bills, including the ECDE Bill, will be prioritized. Speaker Charles Thing’o assured members that funds from the County Executive will be used to refurbish the assembly and complete stalled projects.
