Linda Mwananchi clears first registration hurdle

The Linda Mwananchi Movement has cleared a key legal hurdle after the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal ordered the Registrar of Political Parties to reserve its name within seven days. The ORPP says registration could then be completed within 14 days, provided the promoters submit all required documents.
