Democracy for the Citizens’ Party (DCP) Deputy Party Leader Cleophas Malala has claimed that the return of former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua will be marked as a public holiday. Gachagua, who has been on an official tour of the United States, is expected back in the country on Thursday, August 21, 2025.
