MEMBERS OF LUO COMMUNITY DEMAND AUDIT OF TOM MBOYA MEMORIAL HALL FUNDS

Members of the Luo community from Homa Bay County living in Mombasa are demanding a comprehensive audit of the funds generated by Tom Mboya Memorial Hall, amid allegations of mismanagement and embezzlement. The community says the facility’s revenue was intended to support needy families and community members through education scholarships, medical assistance, funeral support and business start-ups.
