Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has challenged the Maasai community to use its political influence and natural resources to secure lasting economic and social benefits, warning that the Maasai vote should not be treated as an electoral prize to be “hunted” during election seasons.
Speaking at the 10th anniversary commemoration of the late Maasai political veteran William Ole Ntimama in Narok North, Mudavadi called for greater local value addition to Kenya’s mineral resources and urged the community to make strategic political choices ahead of the 2027 General Election.
