MURANG’A TO ROLL OUT SCHOOL FEEDING PROGRAMME TO 200,000 LEARNERS

Murang’a County Government is set to fully roll out its school feeding programme in January 2027, targeting about 200,000 ECDE and primary school learners across 512 schools. The programme, launched as a pilot two years ago in partnership with Food for Education, aims to ease the burden of providing meals for families while improving attendance, learning and the overall school environment.
