It was a last minute rush especially by new voters to acquire their voters card, as the 30-day Enhanced Continuous Voter Registration exercise ended on Tuesday. Even as a section of Kenyans said an extension of registration would net more voters, the electoral body had averred otherwise citing the high cost of the exercise.
