Nyoro threatens to mobilize parents over capitation funds dispute

Kiharu Member of Parliament, Ndindi Nyoro, has threatened to mobilize parents to protest over what he terms inadequate and unclear government capitation to secondary schools. Nyoro says the government has failed to clearly explain how much each learner is entitled to receive, warning that parents may now be forced to cover the shortfall.
