ODM leaders: Unity with UDA for 2027 requires a clear MoU

The ODM party now says it will not enter into a coalition with the ruling party UDA for the 2027 elections without a clear Memorandum of Understanding. The leaders who spoke in Lugari to condole with the family of the late Cyrus Jirongo said the party will, however, not enter into partnership with parties preaching politics of division. The leaders also urged the investigative agencies to hasten the investigation surrounding the death of Jirongo to allow the family to find closure.
