OVER 200 YOUTH REGISTER FOR MVITA LIFEGUARD TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT PROGRAMME

More than 200 young people have signed up for a lifeguard training and recruitment programme in Mvita Constituency, an initiative designed to strengthen water safety while creating employment opportunities for local youth. The programme, supported by the Mvita NG-CDF, will select 50 candidates for professional training covering lifesaving techniques, first aid and CPR. Graduates will have opportunities to work at beaches, hotels, swimming pools and maritime facilities, including cruise ships.
