Police exhume woman’s body in Nyamira murder probe

The prime suspect in the murder of 20-year-old university student Faith Kemunto has been arrested for allegedly killing his girlfriend and burying her in a shallow grave in Nyamira County. This, as detectives from the homicide department exhumed a body believed to be that of Faith Kemunto in Maosi, Nyamira County, in an exercise led by the government pathologist. The body has been taken to Nyamira Hospital mortuary, where a postmortem is expected to be conducted on Friday.
