Technical and Vocational Education and Training Principal Secretary Dr. Esther Muoria has defended ongoing reforms in the TVET sector, dismissing claims that the rollout of modularization programme has increased fees and caused confusion in institutions. Addressing the Media in Nairobi on Thursday, Dr. Muoria said the reforms are aimed at equipping young Kenyans with employable skills within a shorter period while capping tuition fees at 35,000 shillings per module.
