PS John Ololtua questioned over abandonment of NEMIS in school funding

Principal Secretary for Basic Education John Ololtua was today taken to task to explain, what informed the abandoning of NEMIS system in disbursement of funds to learning institutions. The National Assembly Public Accounts Committee also demanded for answers over capitation discrepancies flagged by the Auditor General
