Ruto calls for audit of 16-year Constitution implementation

President William Ruto has called for an honest audit of how far Kenya has come in implementing the 2010 Constitution as the country marks 16 years since its promulgation. The President also criticised what he termed excessive judicial intrusion into policy matters reserved for elected institutions.
