President William Ruto, speaking in Kisii, addressed the traffic and accident issues on the Kaplong route and confirmed it’s now part of Kenya’s major infrastructure plan. He outlined a dual carriageway from Nairobi to Nakuru, extending to Mau Summit, with routes branching to Eldoret–Malaba and to Kisii.
