President William Ruto says the government is implementing several development projects in Siaya County, including a new stadium, a Level 5 hospital, 8,000 affordable housing units, hostels for 11,000 students, 25 markets, electricity connections for 16,000 homes and road upgrades as part of efforts to transform the region and the country.
