YOUTH URGED TO GET IDs AND REGISTER AS VOTERS

Broadcasting and Telecommunications Principal Secretary Stephen Isaboke has urged chiefs and assistant chiefs to encourage young people to acquire national identification cards and register as voters ahead of the next General Election. Speaking during a consultative meeting with local administrators in Nyamache Sub-County, Kisii County, Isaboke said having an ID is essential for young people to participate in elections and exercise their democratic rights.
