Akizungumza wakati wa kutoa hundi hiyo, gavana wa Kwale Fatuma Achani amewataka wanafunzi wanaofadhiliwa kuhakikisha wanafanya vyema kwenye mitihani yao ili kuepuka kuondolewa kwenye mpango huo wa basari.
