Learners in grade nine are grappling with lack of classes as they begin their academic year. The government has admitted to challenges of space as learners reported to school. The government’s plan to provide adequate classrooms to all learners in grade nine in public schools fell short by 2,500 with only 13.500 classrooms built by opening day. The ministry however says the rest of the classrooms will be built in the next one month.
