A family from Mbande in Malava Constituency, Kakamega County, was left in distress following chaos during the transportation of the body of their kin who died in unclear circumstances. According to the family, the late Tonnie Lutta was found dumped at a neighbor's compound. He was injured, naked, and his limbs were tied. He later succumbed to his injuries. However, during his funeral procession chaos erupted and two of the mourners were allegedly shot by police officers during the melee.
