The Government has disbursed a total of 3.32 billion shillings, money that was released on the 31st of January, 2025, for First and Second Year university students. In a statement released by the Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Migos, Tuesday the funds disbursed through the Higher Education Loans Board will see each student receive between 40 thousand to 60 thousand shillings for upkeep and welfare.
