DRC: M23 in Bukavu amid applauses and selfies - and locked doors - BBC Africa
In a key strategic breakthrough, Rwandan-backed M23 rebels now control the main cities of both North and South Kivu, having taken Bukavu in the last few days and Goma, weeks back. While some Bukau residents seemed to welcome the troops, others told the BBC they may have only been doing so out of fear of reprisals.
