Former Migori Governor Okoth Obado says his relationship with the late Sharon Otieno was an Open Secret. In his defense against any involvement in the murder of Sharon, Obado Wednesday told Justice Cecilia Githua that he was transparent in the affair and had even confessed to his wife on steps he had taken to end the relationship before her tragic death, saying he was deeply saddened by the turn of events.
