Civil society organizations have pledged their support for the newly enacted Public Benefit Organizations Act of 2013 vowing to ensure full compliance with the act to enjoy its benefits and the protection of the law. Speaking at a Stakeholders engagement forum in Nairobi Dr. Margret Lubaale Executive Director Health NGOs Network welcomed the new law, saying it promotes PBO growth through transparency and accountability.
