The moment Trump ambushed Ramaphosa - BBC Africa
During a meeting at the Oval office on Wednesday, US President Donald Trump confronted South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa over discredited claims of a "white genocide" taking place in South Africa.
Trump showed a video and some printed articles which, in his view, showcased the supposed crimes perpetrated against South Africa’s white minority. Ramaphosa rejected the claims of a white genocide, noting that most crime victims in South Africa are black.
