A family in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County is mourning the loss of their son, Timothy Bwibo, who succumbed to gunshot injuries on Friday night. Bwibo, a father of two, was reportedly heading home when he was struck by a stray bullet in the stomach during the june 25th anniversary protests. He was rushed to Moi Teaching And Referral Hospital, where he remained in critical condition until his death. Meanwhile, in Webuye, Bungoma County, Kenneth Ouma — who was killed while inside a gym in Karatina — has been laid to rest in an emotional send-off.
