Kilifi leaders warn security officers against harassing residents in land row

Security officers in Kilifi County have been cautioned against intimidating residents involved in efforts to address historical land injustices. The warning follows reports of increased harassment by police and National Government Administration Officers (NGAOs), particularly in Magarini Sub-County, where over 10,000 residents of Hawewanje, Matolani, and Bombi villages face eviction from an 8,000-acre parcel of land.
