    Deputy President Prof. Kithure Kindiki has directed security agencies in Marsabit County to crack down on the banditry menace in the region, following the latest attack where bandits struck in Laisamis and drove away an unknown number of goats. Kindiki assured Marsabit residents of increased vigilance from security agencies in the area. He was speaking in Marsabit County during the annual Loiyangalani Cultural Festival, where he also urged communities to use culture as a tool for peace and development.
