Three people died in an accident at Kedowa, police attribute the tragedy to drunk driving

Road accidents have continued to claim lives almost daily this festive season despite calls on motorists to be extra cautious. In the latest reported incident, three people died on the spot after a Toyota Probox they were travelling in collided head-on with a trailer at Kedowa along Kericho-Nakuru highway in the wee hours of Christmas Day. Police suspect the driver of the Probox was driving under the influence of alcohol.
