Standard group senior videographer Rashid Idi, who passed away on Christmas day after a short illness at a Nairobi hospital, has been laid to rest on Saturday in his Malakisi home in Bungoma County. On Friday, friends, family, and colleagues converged at a mosque in Kibera for special prayers for the deceased in line with Islamic faith before the body was ferried to Bungoma County for the interment. The late Idi was described as a respected senior videographer whose professionalism, creativity and commitment has left a lasting impact on the organisation and colleagues alike.
