Raila urges MPs to hand CDF, NGAAF funds to counties

Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has once again made a push for the allocation of more funds to the counties, calling on the national assembly to surrender CDF and NGAAF monies. Speaking at the devolution conference, the ODM chief called out national road agencies for what he said was the hoarding of resources. Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, on his part, advocated for the prudent use of resources, saying projects worth 20 billion shillings have stalled in the counties due to a lack of coordination between successive county regimes.
