The spiritual leader of the global Dawoodi Bohra Community his Holiness Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin, is in Kenya for a ten-day visit. Saifuddin arrived at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport last evening and was received by Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi alongside senior government officials. during the visit, Syedna Saifuddin is expected to meet president William Ruto at State House, Nairobi, and preside over the annual oral examinations of Aljamea-Tus-Saifiyah, the community’s Premier Arabic Academy, to be held at its Nairobi Campus.Bohra community public relations representative Huseifa Hakimi described the visit as a blessing and an emotional moment, coming ten years after the academy was inaugurated by former President Uhuru Kenyatta, and a reflection of the long-standing ties between the community and Kenya.
