His mother, Bicoty Chepkemoi, thanked Narok Deputy Governor Tamalinye Kiprono Koech for supporting her son and enabling him to return to school after dropping out for five months due to financial challenges. She has appealed to well-wishers to help sponsor him to university, saying she is struggling as a single parent.
