Schools struggle to accommodate Grade 10 learners amid Ruto’s directive

A storm is brewing in schools across the country, barely 24 hours after president William Ruto directed that grade ten students should report to school with or without fees. With large numbers of learners joining under the new directive, school principals say they are being asked to perform a miracle, to teach, feed, house, and sustain students without the funds to do so.
