EACC launches probe into MPs over extortion claims

The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has launched investigations into members of parliament accused of demanding bribes. This comes after President William Ruto warned that lawmakers have turned parliament into a "marketplace for extortion." EACC chairperson David Oginde says the commission is already tracking several legislators implicated, warning that no one will be spared once evidence is gathered.
