President Ruto: I will respectfully approach the court to help us all understand. If a manifesto is not important, then we should stop wasting time crafting one and instead campaign as individuals. But, from what I hear, Kenyans want to elect leaders based on what they stand for and how they intend to change the country and improve lives.
