Busia Governor Paul Otuoma was Tuesday grilled by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission over a 1.4 billion shillings tender fraud in the county. The probe is based on numerous reports from members of the public and the Senate regarding entrenched corruption and theft of public funds by Busia County public officials, largely through revenue diversion and irregular procurement.
