Senate convenes special sitting on Governor Mutai’s impeachment trial

Senate Speaker Amason Kingi is currently convening a Special Sitting to hear the Impeachment Trial of embattled Kericho Governor Eric Mutai. The House will decide whether the alleged corruption charges levelled against the County Boss will be heard through plenary or an 11-member special committee.
