Students stuck as state stalls on HELB support

Scores of university students are yet to receive funding from the higher education loans boards, a day after the government announced the disbursement of 9.46 billion shillings towards their tuition and upkeep. The students, some of whom are already in universities, say the financial aid has not yet been reflected in their accounts, leaving them struggling with upkeep.
