IPOA investigates Huruma shooting as police yet to name officer involved

The Independent Policing Oversight Authority has started investigations into the killing of Sheryl Achieng, who was shot dead by police on Saturday in Huruma estate. Citizen Television has obtained video footage showing events leading up to Sheryl’s death, including testimony from a victim attacked by the gang that triggered the police manhunt.
