Residents protest over laxity at Suguta Marmar Hospital

Transport was paralysed for the better part of Friday along the Maralal-Nyahururu road, as irate residents of Suguta Marmar in Samburu County staged protests, barricading the road and lighting over what they termed alarming cases of maternal deaths at Suguta Marmar level IV Hospital due to medical negligence. They claim the hospital has recorded two cases of maternal deaths for the last two weeks. Our reporter Bonface Barasa has the details.
