Court rules case failed threshold to sustain a trial

    Graft charges against Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and 9 others have been dropped by the Anti-Corruption Court . This follows a successful application by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. Senior Principal Magistrate Victor Wakumile ruled that there was no full disclosure of evidence and documentation to sustain trial in the 7.3 billion shillings corruption case.
