Kenya Kwanza leaders insist Deputy President position is non-negotiable despite ODM overtures

Kenya Kwanza leaders allied to the UDA party maintain that the deputy president's position is not up for grabs. In response to ODM leader Oburu Oginga's latest statements that his party would settle for the deputy president's post in colaition talks, Nyeri town lawmaker duncan Mathenge and energy principal secretary Alex Wachira said the position is non-negotiable and expressed support for retention of the status quo.
