Embattled ODM Sec Gen Edwin Sifuna opposes extention of period of review

Embattled ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna has opposed any plans to have a deadline extension for the memorandum of understanding between ODM and UDA on the implementation of the 10-point agenda. Sifuna says the government has not shown seriousness and commitment in honoring the agreement, whose deadline is set to lapse in the next 9 days. He argues that if President William Ruto has failed to honour the commitment, he won’t honour any negotiations with the Linda ground faction of ODM
