Governor Guyo dares DPP to table CCTV evidence in assault case

Isiolo Governor Abdi Hassan, also known as Guyo, has denied being at the scene of the crime where the office of the ODPP says former Isiolo County Chief Executive Officer for health, Abdirahaman Mohamed, was abducted. The DPP, while directing the DCI to arrest the Isiolo governor and seven others, said CCTV evidence placed Governor Guyo at the scene of the kidnap at the 'Outbark Hotel' in Maanzoni, Machakos, where he allegedly instructed his men to abduct Abdirahaman at the height of the impeachment process against him in June. The Isiolo governor remains a free man, with the DCI yet to implement the ODPP's directive.
