Kapsoit MCA, Paul Chirchir has been released on a 1 million shillings bond following allegations of being linked to torching of several tea farms in Kericho county. Nakuru resident magistrate, Edward Oboge however released chirchir on bond and a 200,000 cash bail stating it would be unfair and unconstitutional to detain the suspect on grounds that he failed to incriminate himself or that he may interfere with witnesses without concrete evidence.
