Five houses have been torched and two suspected thieves arrested in Gucha South, Kisii County. Irate residents are reported to have trailed the suspects to their houses after they stole from St. Michael Bomwando Primary School. It is then that they opted to take the law into their own hands and torched the houses of the suspected thieves. Nancy Okware with the details.
