Terry Ray Kreiger, an American paedophile convicted in 2014 and sentenced to 50-year jail term is in court yet again facing the same charges. Ray who was released in November 2022 after appealing his sentence was on Tuesday arraigned at Mavoko Law Courts where he faced 11 counts in two cases where he is accused of sexually assaulting two minors aged three and eight years. The 68 year old who pleaded not guilty to the charges, is alleged to have committed the offences between October 1st and November 8th, 2023. Ray who was arrested on November 9th was denied bail in a separate case where he is accused of sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl in Athi River and being in the country illegally.
